Pueblo Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant ($2bil) Served as team lead for materials coordination department. Served as liaison at the project site between Project Procurement for reporting of undelivered materials, stored materials, and personnel for accurate reporting of materials required for work package installation. Coordinate with responsible groups that materials provided in a timely manner and in sufficient quantity to support sustained operations. Implemented planned inventory control mechanisms, assisted in early identification of surplus or unneeded materials, and coordinated material availability in support of operations and design revisions or rework. Salt Lake City Refinery FGR Project / Turnaround 2015 Materials Management includes detailed identification of the Materials and equipment based on the overall Project Plan, their storage, maintenance and issuing. This includes supply analysis, market research assessment, sourcing strategies, identification of project-critical materials and equipment. Additionally, includes mitigation measures for OS&D’s and materials overlooked.
