Senior petroleum engineer for AGIBA Petroleum Company Eni JV (2016-Present) with a primary focus on the following:-  Prepare well intervention programs for all rig-less activities such as coiled tubing operations, perforation activities, acid stimulation, hydraulic fracturing, slick line, wire line, well integrity services, well killing and capping, fishing operations and cased–hole production logging.  Coordinate and supervise all rig-less operations carried out by contractors and ensure their compliance with HSE policies, procedures in line with international standards and best practices.  Prepare summary reports with recommendations, alternative proposals, program outlines, back-up data and charts for presentation to management and operating group.  Create and maintain database for wells covering all operational job details, data acquired, well tests, pressure history and optimization work performed.  Contract tender preparation, evaluation, award, start up and close out.  Conduct acceptance and regular audits for contractors’ facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with certificates, operational standards and HSE performance.  Work site preparation for activities, Permit to Work initiation, Risk assessment and develop risk mitigation plans for well intervention operations.  Well-head and X-mass tree operations (greasing, testing and change out).  Prepare various well test programs also interpretation and evaluation of test results.  Heavily involved in completion, work-over and drilling activities, recommend work-over for certain wells with justification.  Feasibility studies for implementing field trials for new tools and new techniques.
