My Job Responsibilities were to:
Following job safety analysis , Risk assessment and simultaneous Operations,Spotting of equipments as per standards and space available in site,Ensure safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipments)of team members when performing work in site and strictly following company safety policies and rules, conducting pre job safety meeting before all types of job,Taking a part of planning and executing job,Taking readings and note down the parameters of a flowing wells I Have Experience in surface well testing of exploratory wells, Production wells, injection wells.
Rig up of equipments and hard pipes as per procedures and standard pressure testing of equipment and pipelines as per the required pressure and program,Function test of ESD, Auto ignition , Hi-Lo pilot, Calibration of sensors pressure gauges, DP chart recorder, Surface chart recorder and Dead weight tester are checked for errors before each job carried out Pressure equalizing upstream before opening the well.Checking and manually notting down field data in sequence of events .
Using SMS determining the quantity of sand and quality of flow before diverting to the separator, then setting up pressure and required level after flow diverted to separator and closely monitoring the parameters,Checking the oil specific gravity with standard Hydrometer with required temperature,checking API, BS&W, Viscosity and checking PH.Checking H2s and Co2 using Dragger tube, gas gravity using the Gravitometer ,Using Surge tank for measuring liquid flow rate, using different size of Orifice plate for correct DP.
I Can handle DAQ operations using Fekete Software and reporting to client when needed.Handling of sensors like Pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Differential pressure Transmitter acting in emergency situation carefully and quickly Flushing the flow lines with water before rig down, then rig down of equipments , inspection of equipments for any damages occurred , loading of equipment’s.
