i. Engage actively in the planning and development of reconnaissance and exploratory programs and budgets for all acquired Mineral Titles ii. Develop action plans for reconnaissance and exploration works prior to field works iii. Undertake core logging and lithological description of cores for internal and external drilling works iv. Produce comprehensive reconnaissance and exploratory reports during and after every exploration project v. Plan and conduct periodic site inspection of all the company’s acquired Mineral Titles with Mines Inspectorate Liaison Officers iv. Collation and modeling of core data using ArcGIS

I liaise and be in constant correspondence with Ministries of our organizational interest in exploration and mining activities especially the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development (MMSD) and mining Cadastre Office (MCO) ii. To ensure that application and acquisition of licenses are done on a timely basis in compliance to MCO stipulated obligations iii. To utilize opportunities in renewal of license certificate to meet up with the MCO guideline as well as liaise with them on all mineral issues and issuance of grant or certificate iv. To continuously search for new viable areas for mineral of interest of the organization v. To ensure data management of mineral titles and documentation iv. Prepare quarterly reports, half yearly report, minimum work program for all valid licenses.
