Job Summary: Responsible for all Store operations which include inventory management, warehouse appearance, coaching and mentoring store team members.

Essential Job Functions:

• Trains, coaches, and mentors all in-store team members
• Assists customers with valve sizing, selection, and orders (as required)
• Audits/maintains in-store inventory, re-order points and turns
• Monitors daily order report, inventory release, and shipment modifications via XA
• Attends customer events, industry events and conference trade shows
• Communicates forecasting information to District Manager
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member
• Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
• Performs customer product repair, maintenance, and field service (as required)
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in related field/industry
• Previous warehouse and inventory management experience preferred
• Advanced product of Kimray products and general application
• Knowledge of valve sizing for application to customer product
• Must have proficient computer and technological skills
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
• Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• Sitting, bending, stretching, pulling, pushing, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
