Radionuclide Analysis Services:
a). Evaluation Software for Radionuclide Laboratories Intercomparison Exercises
For the quality control program of an international network of radionuclide laboratories, ISTI designed, built, and delivered a web-based system for statistical evaluation of data from laboratory intercomparison exercises (proficiency test exercises). This web-based system reports the evaluation results.
b). High Throughput Processing of Radionuclide Spectra
ISTI developed software that automatically processes and interactively reviews radionuclide spectra. The application’s emphasis is on handling a high daily spectra throughput with minimal effort to facilitate manual spectra and performance review for peaks close to the detection limit.
c). Geant4 - Monte Carlo Modelling
ISTI developed Geant4-based software to simulate how high-purity Germanium (HPGe) radiation detectors respond. It performs efficiency calibration based on detector and source geometry and helps optimize detector models by comparing simulations with experimental results. The software calculates coincidence correction factors for any nuclide and can simulate measurements of sources with various radioisotope compositions. The software also simulates the response of beta-gamma coincidence detectors.
d). Radionuclide Measurement System Operations Software
ISTI develops software to support software operations in a complex setup composed of field operations and laboratory measurements. The software ensures standardization of processes, supports quality control, tracks the sample chain of custody, ensures traceability of results, enables to control the measurement process and equipment and supports interpretation of measurement results.

a). Accelerometers
ISTI's force-balance accelerometer provides an exceptionally large dynamic range, while its MEMS-type accelerometer boasts a wide frequency response.
b). Digitizers
ISTI provides high-performance 32-bit digitizers in two configurations: 3-channel and 6-channel. These recorders support three operating modes: continuous, triggered, and combined. Data is streamed through multiple data ports for efficient access.
c). Portable Data Acquisition Systems
ISTI's Portable Data Acquisition Systems are built around two core technologies: reliable Digital Seismometers and high-performance Accelerographs.
d). Seismometers
ISTI offers a range of seismometers to meet specific network demands, including short-period, wideband with 10s corner frequency and broadband devices with 20s corner frequency.
