my thesis is based on identifying new prospects in deep offshore Niger Delta basin through seismic inversion and rock physics based models such as inclusion based models and contact based models. it is also a contribution to understand the impact of elastic and geomechanical properties on the fluid and to describe the state of subsurface reservoirs. the application can go from reservoir characterization to carbon capture and storage and carbonate reservoirs studies.
