Ballard Exploration Company, Inc. (BECI) is one of Houston’s leading independent energy exploration companies. Founded in 1976 by A.L. Ballard, BECI is actively involved in natural gas and crude oil exploration and production along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. BECI has been the largest producer of natural gas in Harris County, Texas since 2002. Its affiliated company, Ballard Natural Gas, LLC, is an active marketer of natural gas and crude oil.

Seismic Inventory
Our seismic library covers over 12,500 sq. mi. of 3-D data and over 11,500 mi. of 2-D data. The majority of our data is reprocessed using proprietary techniques.
