What we do
Steel Repair Sleeves
At Blue Star Stamping, we provide the most consistent and best fitting steel repair sleeves in the industry. Our steel repair sleeves are all precisely crafted to the specific diameter and length using dyes and precision gauges. All steel repair sleeves go through quality inspection before shipment to ensure that handling is fully safe.
All steel repair sleeves are consistently accurate due to the ISO standards that are applied through our manufacturing process.
We stock sizes 6.625” – 36”. At any given moment there are 20 pieces (100 feet of full encirclement) of each size of steel repair sleeve in inventory, excluding 40” diameter, 42” diameter, and 48” diameter.
All steel repair sleeves are made using ASTM qualified American forged steel.
Fabricated Pumpkins
We offer fabricated pumpkins that are built to specified orders. We assure accuracy and high quality due to the extensive quality assurance process we use. This process makes use of precision gauges in order to guarantee consist accuracy. All fabricated pumpkins are consistently accurate due to the ISO standards that are applied through our manufacturing process. All fabricated pumpkins go through quallity inspection before shipment to ensure that handling is fully safe.
All fabricated pumpkins are made using ASTM qualified American forged steel.

Weld Support Sleeves
We offer weld support sleeves that range from 8” to 20” diameters. We are able to produce weld support sleeves that are up to 2’ in length. All weld support sleeves are quality checked with precision gauges.
All weld support sleeves are consistently accurate due to the ISO standards that are applied through our manufacturing process. All weld support sleeves go through quality inspection before shipment to ensure that handling is fully safe.
