Company History Dean was founded in Louisiana by Mr. Troy Williams in 1992 with the purchase of two cranes, which he subsequently leased to a local contractor. Since that time, the Company has grown into a leading, Tier 1 provider of midstream pipeline integrity services to some of the largest oil and gas pipeline operators in the U.S.
The acquisitions of G&G Marine and Coastline added complementary services and enabled the Company to offer complete pipeline integrity projects with limited, subcontracting requirements. While Dean and both acquired companies are separate legal entities, the acquired companies effectively operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of Dean.

Pipeline Repair, Maintenance & Integrity
Dean provides high quality execution services for repair, maintenance, and integrity projects for major pipeline operators in the U.S. with highly trained personnel and job specific equipment.
Stations Facilities & Field Service
Dean offers a variety of services and expertise in the field of civil and mechanical construction to meet all your facility construction needs safely and efficiently. Our teams are readily available and accustomed to projects in challenging locations and under many different conditions.
Commercial Diving & Marine Services
Dean offers professional, qualified, and experienced certified divers to perform various subsea and shallow water task. These include bridge Inspection, boat hull cleaning, pipeline assessments, and repairs. Dean also offers a marine fleet including tugs, barges, crew boats, air boats providing access in hard to reach locations.
Environmental & Restoration Services
Dean specializes in providing cost effective remediation and restoration services within the marine environment and pipeline ROW’s of our customers. In addition we manage environmental cleanup and restoration projects ranging from Right of Way maintenance, Coastal restoration, Erosion control, and environment specific resolutions.
Pipeline Construction
Dean has the capability of installing pipelines up to 24" diameter, at, up to 20 miles across various terrains and challenging areas, from the marshes and swamp land of South LA., to the dry, rocky areas of West Texas.
