Company History Dean was founded in Louisiana by Mr. Troy Williams in 1992 with the purchase of two cranes, which he subsequently leased to a local contractor. Since that time, the Company has grown into a leading, Tier 1 provider of midstream pipeline integrity services to some of the largest oil and gas pipeline operators in the U.S.
The acquisitions of G&G Marine and Coastline added complementary services and enabled the Company to offer complete pipeline integrity projects with limited, subcontracting requirements. While Dean and both acquired companies are separate legal entities, the acquired companies effectively operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of Dean.
