- Fungicides
It is used as a bactericide to kill bacteria in oilfield wastewater treatment, and can also be used as a bactericide for circulating cooling water. The product has a strong bactericidal ability and can significantly reduce the bacterial content in wastewater, meeting the requirements for oilfield wastewater reinjection.
- H2S Scavenger
It is used to remove H2S and low molecular weight mercaptans from crude oil. It can also be used to remove hydrogen sulfide and low molecular weight mercaptans from natural gas, oil products or sewage. It can also be used as a hydrogen sulfide scavenger for drilling fluids.
- Asphalt dispersant
Adding in water-free or low-water-content heavy oil wells and pipelines can reduce viscosity and prevent the precipitation of colloids and asphaltene.
- Oil soluble demulsifier
It is mainly used to treat emulsified oil in oil-water mixtures, such as wastewater treatment in oil extraction, oil refining and petrochemical industries. It can effectively remove emulsified oil in wastewater and reduce the oil content and COD value of wastewater.
- Defoamer
It is commonly used in oilfield drilling mud, mortar, oil refining, delayed coking, crude oil transportation, mining, mineral processing, and can also be used in oil-water separation and other processes. The specific actual amount to be added is generally 0.1-0.5%.
- Pour Point Depressant
It is a hydrophobic modified polycarboxylate (salt) that can be directionally adsorbed on the wall of oil wells, the wall of oil gathering and transportation pipelines or the surface of wax crystals in crude oil to form a polar surface layer. The wax in crude oil cannot adhere to it, which greatly reduces the freezing point and viscosity of crude oil, thereby allowing the crude oil to flow smoothly in the pipe and can be transported at room temperature.
