-Aggregate

First, we start by focusing on acquiring smaller assets of similar class, characteristics, and market unity to create a large basket of undervalued assets.

-Maturate

Then, we take that basket of under-matured or underdeveloped assets and give them proper management, capital for growth, and time to see the value increase. With that, those same assets can turn into a value basis worth multiples of what they were originally valued.

-Liquidate

Finally, no one wants to sell the racehorse when it's winning. Our experience has shown that every asset has a reasonable maturity date. Once that time comes, the best plan is to sell when the market is ripe for a prudent exit to capture maximum values.
