About Entro
Harlan Smith worked in a variety of industries as a Mechanical and Structural Engineer. During that time he found that different industries often have specialized problems that required creative solutions.
Entro Incorporated was formed in 1994 by Harlan and Shannon Smith to address the growing need for custom engineering. They believed that the success of a company was tied to making its customers successful. The best way to do this was to provide simple solutions to complex problems. Entro spent many years focusing on providing technical services to many industries, from Aerospace to construction, to oil and gas. Entro has developed numerous patented designs that address unique challenges across different industries.
Today, Entro continues to innovate and provides custom engineered machinery for a wide variety of clients.

Entro Industries is a global leader in developing custom-engineered solutions. Our approach is customer-centered, allowing us to create simple solutions to your complex problems. We focus on solutions for moving large structures, machinery, and materials for both short and long distances as well as a variety of terrain. Our experience in working with clients in oil and gas, aerospace, mining, power generation, civil and construction, and materials handling has allowed us to successfully execute some of the most challenging projects in the world.

Ultra-capacity machinery for moving ultra-heavy materials and equipment in the arctic, deserts, oceans, and everything in between.

POWER GENERATION
Remote installation locations and less than ideal install conditions combine to pose significant hurdles for operators to overcome. Much of the equipment is too heavy to be installed without specialized lifting and moving equipment, so Entro created a variety of solutions.

Our technical services include conceptual design, feasibility studies, mechanical and structural design, engineering, drafting support, mechanical and structural analysis, third party engineering review and risk assessment.
EQUIPMENT REBUILDING
Entro rebuilds, upgrades, adapts, restores, and recycles their own equipment, as well as equipment from other manufacturers. This results in significant cost savings and reduces lead times for system delivery.
