Falcon Production LLC is an energy company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of mature onshore natural gas and oil properties.

BUSINESS MODEL

We seek, identify, and acquire producing oil and gas properties that provide an opportunity to significantly enhance production.

At Falcon Production LLC our business model is simple. We seek, identify, and acquire producing oil and gas properties that provide an opportunity to significantly enhance production. We prefer pay behind pipe, re-completion, and workover characteristics in the projects we target. We also look for proven-undeveloped (PUD) and proved-developed-non-producing (PDNP) reserves when evaluating a field or property.

The first step for us is to search for properties in areas we have operational success in and are intimately familiar with. Falcon Production LLC targets properties in areas that have analogous properties and characteristics to areas we have operated in previously or currently. Once an available property is identified it is screened financially on the basis of production and projections. If it meets our strict criteria it is then passed along to our science team, which will perform their own due diligence on reserves, production, and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) opportunities.

Once a producing property is acquired the fun begins. Prior to acquisition, the team at Falcon Production LLC will have developed a concrete plan of action, prioritizing production enhancement within the field. This enables us to hit the ground running once we take over operations, maximizing hydrocarbon production and minimizing operational inefficiencies.

Projects:

• REKLAW

Falcon Production LLC acquired the Reklaw Field in 2020, and the field was sold in 2022.

The Reklaw Field is a natural gas field located in Cherokee County, Texas. Production from the field is primarily from the Travis Peak formation at an average depth of approximately 9,500 feet, but the field has also produced from shallower formations including the Pettit, James Lime and Rodessa intervals.

• RASBERRY CADDO UNIT

Falcon Caddo Venture LLC acquired the RBU field in 2023.

The RBU Field is a legacy oilfield developed by Exxon in the 1950's, and is located in Foard County, Texas. Production from the field is primarily from the Caddo formation at an average depth of approximately 6,100 feet. The field has produced 12,000,000 barrels of oil to date, and contains significant upside and plugback potential.

Oil and Gas Investments are not suitable for everyone but, when appropriate it can be a beneficial asset class to add to your portfolio. It can have an inverse relationship to other asset classes, helping to lower overall portfolio volatility. Who you partner with in our industry can make all the difference in whether you are successful or not.

There are many risks associated with investing in Oil and Gas. There is the risk of drilling a dry hole, having a mechanical failure, falling oil and natural gas prices, production and mechanical issues, etc. The performance of your investment should not have any bearing on your daily standard of living. While oil and gas investments can provide substantial revenue, there is too much uncertainty to predict with any consistency the amount of cash flow or rate of return. That is the function of production levels, lease operating expenses and commodity prices.

So with all of the risks, why invest? The returns that are possible with oil and gas investing can be quite strong. It is also widely recognized that adding an alternative asset class to your portfolio can have the overall effect of lowering portfolio volatility, even though you may be adding an asset class that carries a high level of risk by itself. There are many companies to chose from, some good and some not so good. Many companies offer only drilling programs which is a very risky way to invest in Oil and Gas. If you participate with a company and a well is not completed, you have lost all of your investment save the tax deductions.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

Our philosophy is this; we put packages together that include revenue from existing production. A typical package with Falcon Production LLC will include some production from existing wells with the ability to participate in workover, re-completions, and drilling within the field. We believe there is much less risk than the “all or nothing” drilling programs so prevalent today.

Another key difference in participating with Falcon Production LLC is that our partners become direct working interest holders in the leases. Very few companies offer this benefit, electing to create Partnerships or Joint Ventures that lump all investors together.
