Gemsons Precision Engineering Private Limited (GPEPL), Established in 1982 as a manufacturing and job-shop for subcontract machining, is now transformed into a modern machine shop certified for quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and has a Aerospace Cell certified for EN 9100:2018. Having more than 38 years of CNC Machining experience, we are the epitome of precision and quality in the CNC manufacturing space. Our parent company was established as a tool room in 1964 by Mr. Thomas Pereira, placing the company as a family managed business with over 55 years of Engineering Business excellence.
Our world-class CNC machining services have become the popular choice for industry leaders like General Electric, Siemens, Emerson Electric, Johnson Controls, Tata Consultancy Services, Danaher Corporation, ABB, and many other global engineering companies. CNC MACHINING SERVICES
We have a range of CNC Turning and Vertical Milling Machines, providing for a one stop shop for all of your machining needs.
TIG AND STELLITE WELDING
We conduct TIG Welding for Stainless Steel and Stellite Welding as per ASME IX
5-AXIS MACHINING
We have 5-Axis Mill and 5-Axis Turn Mill machines which allows us to the most complex of jobs with speed.
