Greenlight Exploration LLC generates oil and gas prospects primarily in SW Louisiana. It also assists Shelf Energy with geologic evaluations.
Greenlight is currently marketing the Bubba Bear Prospect (PTD 2800' PTD well. Only 30% WI is available. The target is 140,000 BO of PUD reserves) in prolific Jeanerette Field, St. Mary Parish. The partnership includes operator Shelf Energy (Land and Engineering) and Kinnickkinnick Exploration (Geophysics). The lease is located an abandoned sugar cane field. The prospect was recently hightlighted in February at the 2025 North American Prospect Expo (NAPE) held in Houston.
Greenlight and Kinnickkinnick Exploration are jointly developing the PTD 2800’ Sugar Sugar Prospect in St. Mary Parish. Reserves are estimated at 550 MBO, 3D amplitude, 100% WI and operatorship is available.
Greenlight has relinquished its WI in North Cankton Field, St. Landry Parish, and Bully Camp Field, Lafourche Parish.
