Hilcorp is a leader in operating and developing legacy oil and gas assets across the United States. We create value through efficient energy production, reduction of emissions, and a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.
Our culture promotes and encourages innovative ideas, and our streamlined structure ensures they are implemented quickly. We acquire large, mature properties, and maximize their value through efficient operation and development. We deploy new resources to increase production and expand cashflow. In turn, this allows us to reduce debt and opportunistically acquire additional fields, beginning a new cycle. By adopting this approach, we have proven our ability to revitalize mature and often overlooked properties.
Our business model enables us to be nimble in how we operate. It allows us to make assets successful where most operators cannot.
Operation of older fields requires innovative solutions. We eliminate unneeded infrastructure, modernize and optimize systems and equipment, and limit disturbances.
As a result, production fields under our operation become less environmentally impactful, more productive, and oil and gas are brought to consumers in a more sustainable manner.
