About investing with iLEX
iLEX aims for long-term consistent growth and is seeking a small group of sophisticated investors who bring complementary skills and shared objectives.
iLEX is focused on exploiting low-risk conventional opportunities in proven basins that can be leveraged by the latest transformational technologies, with the investors having downside preferred protection and attractive shared upside.
About iLEX’s first project
iLEX Energy Corporation has developed an exceptional Queen City gas exploration project in Starr County, Texas, based on licensed and proprietary seismic data. The data shows responses positive for commercial hydrocarbon volumes confirmed via three interpretation techniques: AVO, seismic trace attributes, and constrained neural networking — each with analogs from nearby producing Queen City fields.
iLEX is also actively seeking to acquire producing properties in the Queen City fairway to add to our portfolio.

What we do
Our Project
iLEX Energy Corporation has developed a 106-Bcfe “La Puerta” unconventional tight gas prospect in the Rio Grande Embayment in Starr County, South Texas. The prospect targets the Queen City sands in our 2,362-acre block which is mapped at 150 to 300 feet thick at depths from 8,500 to 9,800 feet. The Queen City (primary) sands are being interpreted in both structural and stratigraphic contexts with stratigraphy playing the primary role in producibility. The plan that has emerged from iLEX’s research is for an unconventional horizontal well approach to field development. Yegua, Cook Mountain, and Wilcox are secondary objectives with significant upside potential. iLEX seeks to drill the initial well in 2025 and seeks one or more investors to join us.
Please contact iLEX for further information. An Executive Summary is available upon request. With an executed non-disclosure agreement, iLEX can make significantly more data available, through a Virtual Data Room (VDR), and arrange access to our seismic workstation and geoscientists.
