Imperium Energy is managed by two partners with over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The managing partners have explored and developed oil and gas assets, both conventional and unconventional, in many of the domestic basins in the United States.
Founded in 2020, Imperium Energy, LLC is focused on the acquisition of asset positions within multiple basins across the continental United States. Imperium Energy, LLC is committed to investing in profitable ventures that include lease acquisition, PDP and ORRI acquisition, and non-op WI.

As a company, Imperium energy, LLC is seeking opportunities to wisely invest capital in multiple basins, seeking low overhead We capitalize on the opportunity to acquire complementary conventional oil and gas assets in the East Texas Basin and the Texas Gulf Coast region from industry operators. Our target assets are characterized by predictable production rates, long-term (20-30 years), and low decline rates.
We seek to maximize production from Imperium's portfolio through the implementation of rigorous asset management programs, as well as accelerating or extending production by deploying new extraction technology or refreshing aging infrastructure on poorly maintained wells.
Through operational efficiencies, we can demonstrate our ability to maximize value by enhancing production while lowering capital costs.

Projects:
In what Imperium Energy felt was a prime, Tier 1 region of the western Bossier Shale in Freestone and Leon counties. Imperium Energy felt this area held the potential to have horizontal reservoir targets in the Haynesville Shale and two benches within the Middle Bossier Shale.
To date, Imperium Energy, LLC has ORRI and own mineral interests in over 12,000 net acres in Freestone and Leon counties, Texas.
Imperium Eenrgy, LLC is currently engaged in developing projects in western Oklahom and the Texas Panhandle, as well as the emerging lithium extraction industry.
