Frac Sand Solutions
With domestic energy production on the rise, frac sand demand is climbing accordingly. Iron Oak Energy Solutions is poised to help meet this demand with a comprehensive portfolio of frac sand products tailored to meet the needs of the oil and gas industry. Our regional sand offerings serve key basins such as the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Mid-Continent, and our Northern White Sand, mined in Illinois and Wisconsin, offers access to strategic rail networks for efficient delivery. Additionally, our premium resin-coated proppant enhances well performance by increasing crush resistance, minimizing flowback, and improving conductivity.
OUR PRODUCTS
Regional Sand
Regional or “in-basin” sand products serve the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford and Mid-Continent regions. Mined and processed at our local facilities in close proximity to active drilling areas, our regional sand offerings are well-positioned to serve customer activity in the Midland, Delaware, and Eagle Ford Basins.
Northern White Sand
Superior quality sand, mined and processed at our Illinois and Wisconsin facilities with access to major Class 1 railroads. Our expansive terminal network allows products to be efficiently and strategically delivered to customer well sites in all major oil and gas shale plays.
Resin-Coated Proppant
For enhanced proppant flowback control and conductivity, resin-coated proppant is available in various mesh sizes. This premium product is applied to Northern White Sand to increase crush resistance and flow capacity while minimizing fines generation, proppant flowback, and proppant scaling for improved well performance at any temperature.
