Zhejiang Jiuli Hi-Tech Metals Co., Ltd. was established in 1987 as a holding subsidiary of Jiuli Group Co., Ltd. As one of the earliest developers of the (ultra) supercritical boiler tubes, Jiuli uses mature hot extrusion technology, advanced large deformation cold processing technology, stable and reliable heat treatment technology, etc., to overcome the (ultra) supercritical environment of high temperature, high pressure and high steam corrosion, successfully realizing localization and making an important contribution to shortening the construction cycle of power station and promoting the power industry to further reduce cost and improve efficiency. Now the Company's products have been maturely applied in the industry and provided high performance stainless steel tubes for domestic and foreign customers.
- Emerging energy
As a new energy source, with the development of technology in recent years, the commercial application of photovoltaic energy has gradually gained more recognition. Polysilicon is the main component of photovoltaic (solar) cells. Cold hydrogenation is a new technology in polysilicon industry, with the reaction temperature of about 500°C-600°C and the pressure of about 20 kilograms. It has high requirements for materials. As a high-temperature resistant alloy, 800H has excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance at 500°C-600°C, and effective grain size control can effectively ensure the strength of materials and ensure the pressure-bearing and practical application of pressure vessel equipment and pipes. Through the control of C, Al and Ti, Jiuli's materials can improve the welding performance and corrosion resistance.
