About KENJER Inc
Kenjer began operations in 1988 providing product manufacturing support for what later became the Kenjer / Sup-R-Jar product line. Sup-R-Jar went on to become an industry leader in drilling Jars and was eventually sold to WH Energy Services in Houston, Texas, then it was later sold to Smith International, which is now owned by Schlumberger. Under the terms of the sale to WH Energy Services, Kenjer retained the immediate world-wide rights to both the company name and the ability to provide jars for use in Coiled Tubing applications.
Today the Kenjer company provides engineering, design and manufacturing oversight for a complete line of Coil Tubing Tools in 1-11/16” 2-1/8” 2-7/8” 3-1/8” O.D. sizes.
Kenjer’s staff oversees all operations from Houston, Texas and assists the world-wide distribution network with the logistics involved in getting tools to the customer base. Consigned tool inventories are strategically located in East Texas, Central Texas, South Texas, North/South Louisiana, Central California, N. Dakota as well as major oil producing areas of the U.S. and Canadian Rockies. We are also approved vendors for Weatherford, Halliburton, Schlumberger and Baker Hughes.
The company typically provides tools for rental only in the North American market and offers products for sale in International markets.

GAS SEPARATOR
Save time by eliminating nitrogen effectively
Streamline your operations by introducing Kenjer’s new Gas Separator tool, the N2Xpellor™, into your BHA. This new tool allows you to safely and effectively pump nitrogen through the toolstring and expelling it to the wellbore before it reaches your extended reach tool and motor. This new tool allows you to use nitrogen effectively without the drawback of damaging your tools that contain rubber components. Also, the new tool is unlike any other tool and the simple design has no moving parts and no need to have multiple nozzle sizes due to the performance of this tool.
Key Features
-
30” shoulder to shoulder length is amongst the shortest on the market
-
Ability to pull nitrogen out of the toolstring without lose of liquid through the ports
-
High flow rate capability for both liquids and gases

Jars and Intensifiers
The KENJER CTJ is a straight pull up and push down jarring tool that employs a combination of proven principles of hydraulics and mechanics. The KENJER CTJ allows the operator to easily and simply control the intensity of the jarring blows by varying the load. The jar can deliver a wide range of blows from low to very high impact and impulse forces. The KENJER CTJ is fully adjustable down-hole by varying the pull of the coiled tubing to fire up or slacken off to fire down. Cocking or resetting the KENJER CTJ is automatic once the desired impact is delivered, simply raise or lower the string to allow the proprietary metering mechanism to be reactivated. THE KENJER CTJ is again ready to deliver the next impact. There is no need to “Cool Down” the KENJER CTJ as its proprietary design allows the jar to maintain its temperature and pressure compensation at all times.
