Description:
Maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service to Customers
• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs
and bids.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the
Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and well-site
inspections.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
• Plan and prepare equipment for wellsite operation for numerous customers
with little notice.
• Ensure equipment loadout is performed on time.
• Supervised a crew of 4 to 8 people during wellsite operation, including training
of junior field engineers and follow-up with operators’ carrier development.
• Acted as the primary contact between SLB and customer, providing constant
communication and highest quality service.
• Execute service to the customer.
• Responsible for all explosive handling and initiation on site.
• Ensure Equipment is backloaded on time to the Schlumberger base after each
job.
• Played a key role in providing quality service and a positive image for
customers to maintain contracts and ensure job continuance.
• Competency in Cement evaluation and casing Integrity with sonic and ultrasonic
tools, Well Head Equipment 10Kpsi, Production Logging (memory and real-time),
Reservoir saturation Tools, exposed and non-exposed perforation guns, well P&A,
Pipe recovery, well cleaning, milling, and shifting tools, Plug setting tools, cement
dump bailer tool.
• Knowledge of borehole seismic and digital Slickline.
• Experience in Land, shallow and deep-water operation
