PIC offers targeted solutions to stimulate and revitalize production of both onshore and offshore oil and gas wells as well as plan and design effective treatments to remediate and restore pipeline flow performance. Our treatments have been effectively implemented across the globe and are not limited to the oil and gas field. Our novel treatment designs have been successfully implemented in industrial flowline and equipment cleaning, industrial disposal wells, and waste material processing/remediation.
Our technical team has successfully performed more than 10,000 stimulation treatments on marginal/underperforming wells, a majority of which were, on the "shelf" in the Gulf of Mexico. However, our experiences have been vast in both onshore and deepwater asset protection and remediation. These treatment designs are highlighted by low volumes of customized chemical solutions that target diagnostically determined damage. PIC's tailored systems are implemented throughout the life of a well; from drilling and completions all the way through its abandonment. These treatment designs are more economical and have repeatedly outperformed the wider market's conventionally provided solutions. PIC provides operator value by maximizing ultimate recovery from company assets.

Provision of Subject Matter Experts
As the oil and gas industry moved toward dependency on the “Big Box” integrated service companies, one unintended consequence has been selective technical support. Naturally, the Big Box companies have preferentially built their technical service capabilities around the products and services they offer. This can significantly eliminate the solutions that are considered. Even the super major oil companies have reduced their technical staff and capabilities to marginal levels. The independent oil companies’ business models are based on operating at much lower costs than the majors. They plug in Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to fill the technical gaps when needed. However, most of these SMEs are just as reliant on the Big Box companies. This means they can only serve as a third party watch dog or in an advisory capacity. PIC provides SMEs in drilling and completion fluids, sand control, fracturing, acidizing, flow assurance and are continuously building our skillset to match industry and client needs.
PIC provides the most advanced evaluation of produced fluids, deposits and reservoir mineralogy available. This includes the entire fields of chemistry, mineralogy and microbiology which enables the determination of everything from asphaltene onset pressure to bacterial DNA and speciation.
With a technical staff that averages over 40 years of experience, PIC is able to evaluate productivity problems and then design an effective process that specifically addresses the cause of the impairment. Together, we can add capacity to new wells, increase ultimate recovery and insure pipeline integrity.

The Renu program is the utilization of proprietary analytics for early detection and prevention of the case specific damage mechanisms present downhole, and their remediation with low risk, low-cost, data driven solutions.

Increase initial production capacity in all wells. The SafGuard program prevents and/or removes inherent damage caused by drilling and completions without the harmful effects of conventional treatments.
Insure Pipeline Integrity
PIC designs chemistries for every stage of a pipeline from Commissioning to Remediation to Abandonment. Our novel systems prevent seawater ingress during commissioning, efficiently remove waxes and asphaltene deposits, and effectively remove debris and hydrates.
