Rich Bosher: Over 30 years experience in upstream oil and gas.  18 years with Amoco business development, acquisitions and divstestirures, geophysicist, and explorationist.  4 years  with micro cap E & P publically traded oil and gas company. Past six years independent acquring producing assets and acreage in the Rockies and putting together and selling shallow oil drilling deals in the Mid Continent.  Bachelor and Master degrees in geology and geophysics. Recent track record includes purchasing 5 producing Rockies properties, putting together exploration project for unconventional Niobrara shale play in Southeast San Juan Basin and putting together and selling 6 shallow oil drilling deals in NW Kansas.

Van Leighton: Over 30 years in upstream exploration. During the last four years he has concentrated on unconventional shale plays including the Utica, Marcellus, Eagle Ford, Chattanooga, Niobrara and Mowry. His teams’ acreage purchase recommendation led to Eagle Ford acquisitions that appear in the early stages to be economic for not only the Eagle Ford, but the underlying Pearsall Shale as well. Prior to focusing on shale opportunities, he was a partner in a southwestern Kansas operating company that sold its assets for $45MM after building value through drilling.

Description of Services

Selling Assets: Our specialty, we market oil and gas properties and exploration prospects that are too small for the 3rd party brokers and too large for the auction houses or to sell yourself.  We give personal attention to selling your oil and gas producing assets and exploration prospects with a process oriented full sales effort better than the third party brokers for a fraction of their cost.  Our buying and selling successes as consultants have moved thousands of barrels of oil and millions of cubic feet of gas.

Buying Assets: We take a process oriented approach to identifying oil and gas producing assets and exploration prospects that are not being marketed by a third party, but available for purchase.  In many purchases we have uncovered upside for no additional cost that the Seller had not taken advantage of. Our buying and selling successes as consultants have moved thousands of barrels of oil and millions of cubic feet of gas.

What we do

RESULTS

 Our oil and gas production and exploration consulting evaluation resulted in the purchase of a Wamsutter Arch asset, SW Wyoming: Purchased 9.5 Mmcfd & 200 Bod, 200 Wells, over 100 drilling locations & 31,000 net acres. Horizontal upside Ft. Union/Lewis/Almond. Asset was not being actively marketed by seller.

Southwest Wyoming / Northwest Colorado; Purchased two Southwest Wyoming and one Northwest Colorado gas / liquids assets, with upside & acreage.

Green River Basin, Wyoming; Our oil and gas exploration prospect generation has resulted in 18,000 acres leased.

NW Kansas: Six completed oil exploration projects and prospects sold;

  • 25,000 acres leased.
  • 50 squares of 3D seismic acquired.
  • 12 wells drilled, 50% success rate producing oil.
