Yet our family has grown with more than 100 team members, 5,000 specialized rubber compounds, 12 buildings, and decades of amassing tools and equipment. Synaflex has earned its place as the largest and most experienced custom rubber manufacturer in the United States.

When custom rubber parts are needed for military projects, or for oil and gas applications, Synaflex is a trusted source. Our team of experts, none of which have less than 10 years of experience, can meet almost any custom need you can imagine.
Military applications and specifications (ML-R 900, etc) are a specialty of the company. Some of the end uses of our products include:

Rubber Gate Seals
Hydroelectric Dams & Hydraulic Structures
For more than 50 years, Synaflex has been furnishing large rubber gate seals to the U.S. Corps of Engineers and others, both directly and indirectly through distributors, for use on hydroelectric dams and other hydraulic structures. All seals are made from a superior rubber compound that has been time-tested and approved by the U.S. Corps of Engineers.
Over the years, we have accumulated hundreds of thousands of dollars in tooling that enables us to furnish these seals fully molded in continuous lengths, and with fully molded corners. Both solid and hollow bulb constructions are readily available, with either a plain or Teflon® clad finish.
