SERVICES
Vanasa Multigas Dimensional Laboratory
Dimensional Calibration Laboratory Accredited by CGCRE, under No. CAL 0650. Certification of Orifice Plates, Straight Measurement Sections, and Orifice Valve Plates, both onshore (land-based) and offshore (marine). Services can be performed at our permanent facilities or at the customer's premises.
Maintenance and Recovery
Complete Maintenance and Recovery Service for Measurement Sections and Plate Gate Valves (Honing; Hydrostatic Testing; Sandblasting and Painting; Dimensional Certification).
Honing
Honing Services on Pipes up to 20" x 9m. We have Honing Machines and highly qualified personnel to perform this service. Upon customer request, our Laboratory can issue a certificate with RBC traceability.
Technical Assistance
We offer maintenance, calibration, and adjustments for measurement equipment, with both onshore and offshore service. Our fully equipped van ensures on-site technical assistance with the same quality as our laboratories. We provide service at our facilities or wherever you need, with agility and personalized solutions.

Measurement

Gaya Series Dual Chamber Orifice Fitting
Designed to allow removal of the orifice plate for replacement or inspection without interrupting flow, under full flow and pressure conditions.
Filters
The Vanasa Multigas offers advanced filtration solutions with basket filters, cartridge filters, and separators, ensuring efficient removal of solid and liquid particles for a safe and clean gas flow.
Indirect Heaters
Called Indirect Heaters, because they use water as a means of transferring heat (thermal exchange) through a burner powered by the gas itself.
