XPR Resources LLC (XPR), former WPX Energy Appalachia, LLC, is a privately funded natural gas exploration and production company. Together, with Penn Natural Resources, XPR Resources holds over 50,000 acres of Marcellus gas rights in Southwest Pennsylvania.
Since 1986, the XPR Management Team has been a leading oil & gas well operator and owner in Pennsylvania, Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
The XPR Management Team has previously developed and managed operations which built the 5th largest producer of natural gas in Texas RRC District 4. The Management Team has drilled and operated in excess of 200 high pressure gas condensate producing wells.

OPERATIONS:
XPR Resources, together with Penn Natural Resources, continue to grow and operate their assets under the same Operations Management Team.
- Converting its Marcellus resource position to a 1 TCF 3P reserve case, with the existing Acquisition and Development Program
- Currently operating 64 HZ Marcellus wells, and 82 Devonian wells in PA
- Penn Natural Resources owns non-operated working interests in a development program with EQT Production
- Target production rate 2018: 300 MMCFD Gross / 100 MMCFD Net

Penn Natural Resources LLC was formed by the principals of Texas Independent Exploration, Ltd. to acquire and develop Marcellus leaseholds in Pennsylvania.
Campbell Oil & Gas, Inc. (COG) is an oil and gas operator in Pennsylvania. COG is contracted by Penn Natural Resources and by XPR Resources to operate their producing properties.
RW Gathering LLC (RWG) operates natural gas gathering systems in Derry Township, Westmoreland County; Cooper Township, Clearfield County; and Snowshoe Township, Centre County. RWG’s pipelines collect natural gas from wells and transports it to compressor stations where it is processed and delivered to downstream pipelines. XPR Resources is the managing partner for RW Gathering.
OTHER
Texas Independent Exploration, Ltd. (TIE) is a privately owned domestic E&P with over 30 years of operational experience in multiple areas of the United States. TIE has previously developed and managed operations which built the 5th largest producer in Texas RRC District 4. The Management Team has drilled and operated in excess of 200 high pressure gas condensate producing wells. The principals of TIE continue working on finding the best investment opportunities across the United States.
