About the Author
Andrew Inkpen is the J. Kenneth and Jeanette Seward Chair in Global Strategy at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Dr. Inkpen holds a B. Comm. degree from St. Mary’s University, an MBA degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a Ph.D. in Business Policy and International Business from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to entering academe, Dr. Inkpen worked in public accounting and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Canada. He is co-director of the Thunderbird Center for Global Energy Studies.
Michael H. Moffett is the Continental Grain Professor of Finance at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Formerly Associate Professor of Finance at Oregon State University, he has held teaching or research appointments at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, the Brookings Institution, Washington, D.C., the University of Hawaii at Manoa, the Aarhus School of Business (Denmark), the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration (Finland), the International Centre for Public Enterprises (Yugoslavia), and the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is co-director of the Thunderbird Center for Global Energy Studies.
