Store Operations Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for all Store operations which include inventory management, warehouse appearance, coaching and mentoring store team members. Essential Job Functions: Trains, coaches, and mentors all in-store team members Assists read more... ustomers with valve sizing, selection, and orders (as required) Audits/maintains in-store inventory, re-order points and turns Monitors daily order report, inventory release, and shipment modifications via XA Attends customer events, industry events and conference trade shows Communicates forecasting information to District Manager Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill Performs customer product repair, maintenance, and field service (as required) Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in related field/industry Previous warehouse and inventory management experience preferred Advanced product of Kimray products and general application Knowledge of valve sizing for application to customer product Must have proficient computer and technological skills Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR Must pass background check and drug screen Core Competencies: Action Oriented – Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Production Maintenance Technician - Temp

Job Summary: Follows the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor in all tasks related to maintenance repair and other programs, performing duties either personally or through the assistance of other maintenance personnel. Provides support to assigned areas of the manufacturing facility Creates and maintains electronic records of present and past work orders Changes machine equipment windows Fixes air and coolant leaks Makes machine turret adjustments and belt changes on CNC machines Performs non-CNC test table work May perform electronic circuit diagnosis Performs routine inspections, consumable parts replacement, reactive and preventative maintenance from assigned work orders Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1 - 2 years' experience preferred Mechanical experience and/or background preferred Working knowledge of CNC machines and CNC control experience preferred Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints Working knowledge of micrometers, pneumatic, hydraulic, electricity, AC/DC voltage & amp, resistance, multimeter/current meter and lubrication systems Possess troubleshooting, problem solving and investigative skills Ability to work in solitary environment and complete tasks on time without supervision Basic computer skills Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR Must pass background check and drug screen Core Competencies: Ensures Accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
