We offer metallization of everything from small single items to large iron and steel structures with different wire alloys according to the customer's requirements.

Metallization is a cathodic protection of the steel, where zinc or zinc/aluminum is applied as an anode.

Metallization is applied manually and it is possible to apply in different layer thicknesses according to the customer's needs, corrosion requirements and wishes. For offshore and other environments where a high degree of corrosion protection is required, metallization is the best for treatment for a good coating. Metallization can stand alone as a surface treatment, but usually precedes a multi-layer painting process.

We check the quality of the metallization visually and the layer thickness is determined by a layer thickness gauge. This ensures that the quality is optimal and the expression uniform.
