In log recording, certain logs recorded with gaps at few key places, though there exists data of other logs (eg. gamma ray, SP etc.). These gaps can be replaced with high quality synthetic data generated with machine learning. Machine learning model can be trained with logistic regression or Artificial Neural networks with few nodes and one or two hidden layers with the data at other depths or other wells. This model works pretty well in generation of missing logs.
