Description of Service

We offer tape coating with different products.

Tape coating is used as corrosion prevention winding of underground or subsea pipelines, containers and technical facilities.

Winding is done with a self-amalgamating tape, which with the overlapping layers encloses the pipe into a completely dense, cuff-like coating, which, due to its lamellar structure, alternating between butyl rubber and PE foil, is extremely robust to mechanical loads.

The cuff-like diffusion-tight enclosure is impermeable to electrolytes, water vapour, oxygen, carbon dioxide and is highly resistant to soil bacterial and microbial conditions.

Tape coating reliably protects metallic workpieces from corrosion in accordance with the strictest requirements of the DIN 30672 load class C standard.
