Machine Learning Velocity Analytics
The goal of the processing stage is to make make an accurate image of the subsurface. One of the products from the processing is a velocity model of the subsurface. Errors made in processing can lead to a noisy image, and to positioning uncertainties of the reflectors, at the same time provide an under/overestimated velocity model.
Geoscientist deploys velocity models for shallow hazards, pore pressure predictions, volumetric assessment, and well planning. Before we perform velocity modeling, we have to scrutinize the velocity model along with any valuable well data for cross-correlation. Advance Geoscience offer tools and expertise to monitor and assess the trends in the data through advanced AI and ML tools. The evaluation provides confidence to the interpreter on seismic processing products.
