ACTeQ has partnered with Z-Terra to provide state of the art, rigorous wave equation modeling that underpins our Illumination Studies and Value of Information analysis.
For some complex geologic settings, optimization of survey designs may require advanced wave equation modeling.
Preliminary modeling (either ray tracing or wave equation) is used to determine basic aperture and offset requirements at various azimuths across the target.
A number of designs can be generated, and a full illumination study can then be used to identify and validate the most efficient design to meet the imaging requirements of the project.
