Advanced experience in designing, selecting, and procuring tooling, jigs, fixtures, mechanical precision assemblies, gages, and test equipment. Working knowledge of the application of time and motion study techniques. Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM preferred. Experience in qualifying, validating and documenting special manufacturing processes. Experience in setting and managing a budget and generating project justifications with ROI’s. ProE/Creo/SolidWorks, CAD & FEA experience preferred. ERP system and BOM management experience preferred. Proficient computer skills, MS Office applications. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form including Engineering drawings and prints with GD&T. Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
