PICO GROUP ESTABLISHED
PICO Group was founded back in 1974, initially operating in trading activities, with the aim to expand regionally with a focus on four primary sectors of Agriculture, Consumer Foods, Energy and Real Estate.

PICO PETROLEUM SERVICES
PICO obtained License Number 1 in the Egypt Free Zone to be the first Egyptian free zone company to provide oil and gas services.

DRILLING JARS MAINTENANCE & LEASING
PICO became the 1st Egyptian company to maintain and lease drilling jars to the Egyptian market.
1985
LOGGING SERVICE
First Egyptian company in the region to own and operate logging equipment with Gearhart technologies.

PICO OIL ESTABLISHED
PICO Oil was established to be the first Egyptian exploration and production company dedicated to invest in the Energy sector.

PICO 4 BUILT IN LOUISIANA, USA
PICO VI, the world’s biggest state-of-the-art liftboat, was built in Louisiana, USA. PICO VI is self-propelled jack-up barge (lift boat) under the contract with PEMEX in Mexico.
