SPIS-ATS was set up by Philip Agyei from Ghana in the Engineering and construction Industry after determining a need for a multi-disciplinary company that provides a hands-on approach to all of the clients’ project management and engineering needs. The idea is to provide the client with various options according to their specific project requirements, ranging from PMC (project management services), long- and short-term services, extra man power and ad hoc TSS (technical support services).
Across the full spectrum of oil, gas and petrochemical activities. By utilizing the skills of top-class engineering and project specialists, we are able to offer our clients a unique blend of technical and practical operational experience in the design, construction and operational fields.
The team is experienced in the application of statuary regulations and other standards and provides total solutions that reflect the requirements of IEC 65108.
